The Role

In this role, you will work as a sales professional engaging with multiple partners in North Italy.

You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with EasyPark’s global team located in Sweden and many other countries across the world. You will meet customers on a weekly basis, sign new customers and boost business with existing ones.

This role will be based in Easypark’s Rome office but it’s mainly executed in Smart Working traveling in the northern Italy area.

Your contribution and impact

  • EasyPark is helping cities and private parking operators digitize their parking processes, which means deploying all of our software services to achieve full digitization. Through the data we collect, we provide new insights to cities and private parking operators allowing them to manage their assets in ways that has never been possible before.
  • As a Gated Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for progress and results with gated partners, mainly consisting of private parking operators managing garages and parking areas with automatic access system management, driving digitalization through educating and consulting municipalities and partners on our Off-Street Solutions offering.
  • You will be in contact both with the technical / operational department of the Parking Operators and the administrative and management ones.
  • The role requires strong sales skills and the ability to manage every single opportunity as a single project with different stakeholders involved.
  • The role covers everything from analysis, initial customer prospect contact, pre-sales, negotiating agreements, technical analysis, project management and entails training the partner’s staff through the implementation. You will lead and guide the partners all the way towards full digitization of their parking activities.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to quickly understand how to address the partner and/or customers’ needs and how to adapt the EasyPark concept accordingly
  • Analytical in order to understand the progress of the partner’s parking business
  • Willingness to travel 70% - 80% of the time

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in business to business sales/account management
  • Knowledge /work experience of the parking access systems and garages parking management
  • Relevant University degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of a sales/CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar) as well as basic office systems (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)

Language Requirement:

  • Italian mother tongue or C2
  • English level B2 is required (The screening call will be in English)
