You are part of the Business Control team at Nedap and also part of the Healthcare market group.

The decentralised way in which Nedap is organised means you can quickly be of value in the teams in which you are active. You will report to the Group Business Controller but also work closely with the Managing Directors of Healthcare.

Your team

Do you get energy as a finance business partner working with the team to realize our strategy within the Healthcare market group? And do you have the experience, ambition and drive to further establish SaaS business control Nedap-wide? Then we are looking for you!

As Business Controller SaaS at Nedap you are the financial conscience of the Healthcare market group and you will work together with the team to achieve further, sustainable growth. In addition, you will be responsible for the further development of SaaS business control, throughout Nedap!

Your stakeholders

Nedap Healthcare is uniquely organized in a decentralized way where people have a lot of autonomy. As Business Controller, you are of enormous value in helping these teams to make well-founded decisions. You do this with the commercial teams as well as with the tribes responsible for developing the solutions Nedap Healthcare offers. You will also actively work with the Chief Commercial Officer and the other Business Controllers to optimize the way we look at SaaS propositions within Nedap.

The top 3 responsibilities in your role

• You advise colleagues within the market group as a true business partner. You look beyond just the numbers and provide the necessary insights so that the right decisions are made in the group, via sharp business cases or analyses of all relevant commercial data in CRM;
• You are the driving force behind the Strategic Calendar for Healthcare. From supporting the creation of the strategic plans, as input for the multi-year financial plan, to creating the annual budget and monitoring the execution of our strategy according to these plans;
• You monitor the progress of our SaaS propositions Nedap wide. SaaS solutions have been or are being launched within all market groups. You know better than anyone that this requires a completely different approach than in the case of a product-driven, one-off sales model. Think about setting up KPIs, dashboards, processes and tooling to support this properly.

Required experience and skills

As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for analyzing processes, making connections and achieving positive change. With strong analytical skills and insights, you will make a valuable contribution to our team. You are an independent professional who meets deadlines and delivers results. You thrive in a challenging, dynamic and international work environment and can collaborate well, even in ad hoc situations. In addition, you have an affinity with technology and innovation, and understand how this can support the business.

In addition you have

• At least a completed HBO education in the direction of (Technical) Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance & Control or Accountancy or comparable;
• At least 3 years work experience as (Business) Controller in the service sector;
• Experience with CRM packages (we use Microsoft Dynamics ourselves).
