For our Mainz location, we are seeking a Construction Site Manager to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You represent Astron on the construction site and serve as the primary contact for our contractors and their partners.
  • You are responsible for the successful completion of the project and compliance with the required budget and quality standards.
  • You manage the daily construction site operations related to Astron. This includes planning and implementing construction site activities and ensuring the successful handover of the construction project. Your tasks include:
    • Conducting construction site meetings with Astron contractors and providing updates on project progress.
    • Supervising and coordinating all material deliveries.
    • Managing, supervising, and motivating all personnel on the construction site, including subcontractors.
    • Ensuring that execution and material standards comply with all applicable regulations.
    • Managing construction site waste in accordance with all applicable regulations.
    • Efficiently planning and organizing construction site setup and logistics, ensuring that all facilities and equipment on the construction site are suitable and operated by appropriately trained personnel. Ensuring compliance with adequate and correct health and safety standards.

Your Profile:

  • You have relevant experience as a Construction Site Manager on one or more large construction sites, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of any other language is advantageous.
  • You are highly organized and have a strong sense of responsibility and results orientation.
  • You face upcoming challenges with courage and a team-oriented mindset.
  • You enjoy building long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
