The Role:

EasyPark is now seeking to strengthen the Group Finance team by employing a Group Accountant. We are looking for an ambitious team player with a genuine interest in Group Accounting as well as projects related to it. The Group Accounting team is responsible for the consolidation of the Group’s financial reporting, establishing and maintaining the financial reporting procedures for the company, and the preparation of the financial components of the Group’s annual report.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

As a Group Accountant, you will together with the colleagues in your team primarily work with the following tasks:

  • Consolidation and quality assurance of Group Financial reporting, including the preparation of internal and external financial reports
  • Preparation of the Group annual report
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with matters within accounting
  • Analyze trends in accounting principles and keep up-to-date with applicable IFRS and accounting news as well as other accounting principles and regulations
  • Develop and implement Group accounting principles within subsidiaries
  • Audit process related tasks
  • Maintain and develop consolidation system, and potentially implement a new system
  • Participate in, or be responsible for projects within finance, such as improvement of processes & system utilization and harmonizing workstreams

You will report to the Group Accounting Manager for EasyPark Group.

Your Background:

  • You have a university degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance combined with at least few years of experience in a similar role dealing with group accounting.
  • You have operational experience in Group Accounting, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting Systems.
  • You have preferably worked in a fast-paced and international environment before, and prior experience in Audit is a plus.
  • You have a genuine interest in accounting and knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • You are well versed in Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
