As an Operations Representative, you will play a vital role in the operations team to support and deliver great customer service, quality assurance, and relationship retention through guidance, counselling, and recommendations to our customer network, both new and existing.

Your main responsibility will be to secure a seamless implementation of the Easypark system by configuring, maintaining and supporting sold products and services for our partners.

As PSM we contribute to building solid relationships by daily operational contact with our Partners. We are the first point of contact when something isn’t working but also when it’s working successfully.

We contribute to our vision by connecting with our Partners, identifying their needs and driving improvement initiatives.

This role will be based in Sesto San Giovanni in Milan, and will require travel to Rome 3 times a month for wider team networking events. We also operate on a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent operative support to new and existing partners
  • Configuration of parking tariff and area mapping.
  • Implementation of Easypark standard services.
  • Quality assurance, testing and maintenance of products and services sold while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Order, review and roll-out of point of sales marketing material.
  • Maintaining an ongoing discussion with EasyPark’s Central R&D department and Product support teams.
  • Collaboration across departments e.g. IT, app development, procurement and customer service.
  • Training and supporting customer service representatives and others on EasyPark services.
  • Ensuring data quality in the CRM system

Skills and competencies:

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and strong interest in helping customers.
  • Good planning and self-management skills. Proven involvement in project management is appreciated.
  • High affinity for digital products, proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
  • Native in the market language and proficient in English.
  • It’s a plus if mastering other Nordic/ C&S language
  • Change management, resilience and positive attitude towards change
