You might be familiar with EasyPark from our App offering, but EasyPark also helps thousands of companies in different sizes to digitalize and reduce their time and cost spent on parking. Through this, B2B plays a pivotal role in uplifting revenue and overall group profitability.

Firstly, a bit about the team

The Corporation Foundation Team is a new team and part of your role will be to define the team’s mission. However, the primary intent of the team’s creation is to upgrade, maintain and ensure the scalability of the generic foundational capabilities that delivers large scale value creation to customers and other development teams within the organisation.

The team will consist of several Engineers and an Engineering Manager. The team will take ownership of some of our most important functionalities which underpin our B2B offering and are also used across all customer segments, including but not limited to SSO module and Authorization and Access Management.

What you’ll be doing

  • As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, data insights, and the IT development team as well as external partners across Europe. You will play a vital role in EasyPark’s Business to Business (B2B) growth by building robust, scalable core functionalities across our markets.
  • Developing product vision, strategy, and the execution of it together with the engineering team
  • Developing a core functionalities roadmap & project leading a development team
  • Collaborating with a Commercial and Customer Care on new functionalities and features producing documentation which describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements
  • Analyse internal data, digest sales strategies and goals, to define product objectives for effective core functionalities
  • Collaborating with B2B sales support to ensure the engagement loop with sales organisation from training implementation, and tracking to feedback and optimisation
  • Evaluates and prioritises Service Support tickets, making sure that the right balance is stuck between maintenance and new feature development.
  • Having a platform mindset and collaborating closely with business and engineering stakeholders outside of B2B and supporting them in achieving their own outcomes.

About You

  • We don’t know you yet, but you might recognise yourself in the following:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.Experience working within a B2B/SAAS environment is a big plus.
  • Track record of product-thinking, outcome-centric, high quality projects.
  • Can demonstrate a high effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Enjoy team collaboration where you support each other to reach the common goals
  • Skilled in developing relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustainable and effective services that meet our business needs
  • We expect you to be a strong communicator in both written and verbal form in English. Swedish is not mandatory at EasyPark
