Sales Manager (Budapest, HU)
Tasks:
- Sales of IT systems and services in Hungary and Europe
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy in line with Asura's business objectives
- Defining SMART KPIs and creating an action plan
- Active and efficient management of Asura's sales and marketing channels, mapping of new sales channels
- Market and competitor analysis
- Defining the customer profile and applying targeted sales strategies
- Preparation and follow-up of offers and contracts
- Business and product development team support based on feedback from the sales channel
- High-level professional representation of Asura at domestic and international exhibitions and conferences of the industry
Required Competencies:
- Higher education
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a large corporate and international environment
- Negotiable, active knowledge of the English language
- He is happy to work both independently and in a team
- Proactive personality who is constantly looking for solutions
- Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and efficient work
- He is interested in the latest technologies
