Tasks:

  • Sales of IT systems and services in Hungary and Europe
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy in line with Asura's business objectives
  • Defining SMART KPIs and creating an action plan
  • Active and efficient management of Asura's sales and marketing channels, mapping of new sales channels
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Defining the customer profile and applying targeted sales strategies
  • Preparation and follow-up of offers and contracts
  • Business and product development team support based on feedback from the sales channel
  • High-level professional representation of Asura at domestic and international exhibitions and conferences of the industry

Required Competencies:

  • Higher education
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a large corporate and international environment
  • Negotiable, active knowledge of the English language
  • He is happy to work both independently and in a team
  • Proactive personality who is constantly looking for solutions
  • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude and efficient work
  • He is interested in the latest technologies
