What are you going to do?
Within our organization, different teams work on different products with their own work processes. As a UX Designer you join these teams based on your expertise. You easily adapt to the different working methods and together with your colleagues you deliver beautiful products.
As a UX designer within TKH Security you get to work as follows:
- You conduct user research using, among other things, interviews, observations and surveys and identify the pain points from the user's perspective;
- To solve the needs of the users in a way that adds value to the company, you generate ideas together with other UX Designers through. brainstorming, crazy 8 and other (own) initiatives;
- You select the most promising idea(s) based on, among other things, the feasibility, desirability and viability for the product and the customer;
- You create prototype designs, which can vary from simple paper sketches to high-fidelity designs or interactive digital mock-ups;
- You give and ask for feedback on your designs and the designs of your teammates;
- You perform various user tests at the customer to determine whether your design(s) and solutions can be further improved;
- Ultimately, you push a design solution into the world that benefits both TKH Security and our users.

Who are we looking for
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer;
- You are a specialist in UX research;
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- You have experience working with customers;
- You have experience in facilitating workshops;
- You have experience working on multiple projects at the same time;
- You have an excellent command of the English and Dutch language;
- You have experience with scrum / agile;
- You are communicatively strong and dare to express your opinion;
- You have an affinity with technology;
- You are enterprising;
- And you are a bit crazy and you have a healthy dose of humor!
