In order to strengthen its team, SURVISION is looking for a Product Engineer.

Within a small team based in Angers, you will participate in the design and improvement of our sensors.

Reporting to the Hardware Product Development Manager, your technical knowledge allows you to interact with specialists in mechanics and electronics. From the analysis of internal needs, your mission is to manage an industrialization project from the design phase to its transition to series life. You are also in charge of a serial product portfolio in order to provide technical support to all internal and external actors and to keep internal documentation up to date. In addition, you participate in the continuous improvement of products and processes.

Analyze input data and propose a first technical and economic solution
Establish the definition plans: validate the plans, specifications, codifications...
Order the parts necessary for the production of prototypes from external suppliers
Participate in the assembly of the prototype(s)
Follow the laboratory tests on the prototype(s) and validate it(s)
Be a contributor to the design review by providing definition plans and a validated functional prototype
Develop definition files (plans, specifications).
Be a technical support for the various departments of the company on a given product portfolio

Generalist engineer specializing in electronics or mechanics, you justify a minimum of 3 years of experience in product design or first series.

You are familiar with continuous improvement methods (pareto, root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D, AMDEC).

You demonstrate a strong ability to work in a team, to bring out shared technical choices in cross-functional collaboration.
